Per the SCOTUS, law enforcement offocers are under no obligation to put themselves in harm's way to protect the public.
Cowards
According to their own facebook page,…the Uvalde P.D. took part in activesh00ter training at the local high school just two months ago in preparation FOR THE DRILL THIS WEEK AT THE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL…They were actually waiting for word from local DHS to begin the drill, which took over an hour…..it's busted…there is no way that anybody died.
Uvalde Police Dept's wrong decision is the best reason to pass useful, effective gun laws to keep guns out of the hands of people that should never own them! Police and school staff are only human and therefore subject to making mistakes– like not entering the school right away or failing to keep a door locked. If we take measures to prevent this from happening in the first place, then we remove the possibility for human error in these terrible situations.

Every police officer involved in this are cowards, now the biggest coward is trying to wriggle of the hook like the little worm he is. American police are just cowards, bullys and racists. SAck the lot of them and get some decent people to be police, get rid of these cowards now.
The question is if they was having a active shooter training at the school way before this shooting took place …does any body know if the cops was having a active shooter training at the school…

Why did Texas Police Officers stand around for an hour before helping Hispanic children who were being viciously slaughtered in their classroom? Was it because the children were Hispanic?! It's either the Cops were Racists or that the Cop were cowards. Hell maybe a little bit of both, Racist and Coward!
Why does my local mall have a couple of dudes in a marked SUV who do nothing but drive around the property making sure nothing is happening but local schools don't? Why is the safety and well being of hundreds of children the responsibility of one or two resource officers who may or may not be armed and probably aren't trained to deal with mass shootings?
Our government is unable and unwilling to solve gun violence, so it's time to protect schools and make them less of a soft target. Congress should immediately pass funding to get armed guards in every school in the country. Not one or two fat guys who sit by the front door and just check people in. I want soldiers with long guns patrolling the area, because that's the kind of military state we live in now.
I lettered in high school in the rifle team 1985. Gun safety was drilled into us daily. The problem isn't the guns. We need to fix our culture. People used to be proud Americans and grateful to be here. Now it's all hate hate hate and tear it all down. Take responsibility for your children. You bring them into this world, you have an 18+ year responsibility.
It's pretty unhelpful and frankly disgusting when I turn on the TV to hear to hear corporate media politicize and tell us we all know what needs to be done. If only your political opponents would support Democrats, you'd put an end to the violence. I must be slow. Someone tell me what it is? (And don't begin by standing on the graves of the kids)

Why repeats the lies. Police station 1 mile away. 2 cops out sue the classroom listening to those early shots. Police could have stopped the majority of deaths. Bad report. Untrue facts.

Lets just call a spade a spade, these officers didnt rush the shooter because they were scared. They didnt have anything but pistols and shotguns and were just plain scared, as an iraq and afghanistan Army veteran we are trained no matter what to go towards fire and/or return fire. These officers were just plain cowards lets stop acting like we dont know why they didnt enter. To be completely honest even without body armor or military grade ammunition there are still things you can do to direct the shooters attention your way if you arent going to rush them. By finding a place with cover you could scream and yell profanities to the shooter so he hears and sees you and turn his anger and attention your way, because trust me when someone is in a state of mind like that you can easily provoke them to focus on you with a few choice words, instead of allowing them to continue focusing on those little babies. You cant tell me that these officers didnt atleast have chest protection, so there is no excuse as to why they waited for tactical teams. This is truly a mark of cowardice, and as an Army Veteran who saw action this is unforgivable and all too obvious to me. So, once again, lets call it for what it is and stop acting like we dont know why they waited OVER AN HOUR to confront him. They were probably fat, lazy, local town cops with no combat experience that were used to handing out speeding and parking tickets and dealing with drunk drivers. THEY WERE SCARED. THEY WERE COWARDS. POINT. BLANK. PERIOD.
8:52 in Video Duration, So far from what I am gathering there was some family members in the same class including the teacher mother – was there also a child of hers that had died, then the father who had a heart attack? If I'm correct then maybe there's a bigger threat targeting this family, but I could be wrong as I don't have all the details. Is this the case?
A minority of Americans and their over-representation in the senate, are holding the Good people of America hostage to these insane gun laws. Why fight for unborn babies and fail to protect young kids at school? It’s insanity. The funeral cars should drive by the NRA convention! Get assault rifles off the streets.
