Such poor analysis! a) There's no contradiction. Ukraine has been picking up Russian missiles right, left and centre, and everyone knows that. So it wouldn't be too surprising if Ukraine fired it. They probably tried to counter Russia's continuous, illegal and indiscriminatory shelling of Ukraine cities and civilians that hit a new record last night. b) Why are you saying "if it is not Russian's responsibility"? The whole war is Russia's responsibility. In either outcome of this case, Russia is ultimately responsible.
I imagined this scenario months ago. Critical to determine cause. No following missiles. Accident.
