Listed as a separate crime under Article 3 of the UN Genocide Convention is “complicity in genocide”, of which the US is 100% guilty. The Center for Constitutional Rights has filed a legal complaint in a California District Court against US President Joe Biden, Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, for their complicity in Israel’s genocide.
“This unfolding genocide of the Palestinian people in Gaza has so far been made possible because of the unconditional support given” to Israel by the US in breach of its “responsibilities under customary international law…to prevent, and not further, genocide,” states the complaint.

In addition to the annual 3.8 billion dollars it hands out to Israel every year, it is now coughing up an additional 14.5 billion dollars, without any conditions. US officials have reiterated in multiple press conferences that “there are no red lines or conditions for these weapons”.
The Washington Post reported that Israel has dropped more than 22,000 US-supplied bombs on Gaza within the first month and a half of the war. This amounts to almost one US bomb per every 100 of the 2.3 million Palestinians who are practically imprisoned in the 365 sq. km strip of land that Israel has held under siege for 17 years.

Most of the tunnels the IDF will show us, will be built by Israel itself, just like Israel has built all the facilities underneath al-Shifa, Israel expanded the hospital complex, and in the 1980s, gave it a major overhaul, with Israeli architects. Along with the medical facilities, the project reportedly saw the construction of “a secure underground operating room and tunnel network” underneath the Hospital’s Building Number 2 in 1983, with a large “underground concrete floor” constructed underneath the facility during the same period. Other reports indicated that the hardened underground facilities were used to house the hospital’s laundry and “various administrative” offices. The Israeli architects had previous experience with underground military facilities. Hamas reportedly knew about the hospital complex’s hidden underground fortified areas. An Israeli contractor “hired Hamas as a security company” for the hospital (remember that Hamas was created by the Mossad). As for the potential use of the underground facilities by Hamas after Israel’s withdrawal from Gaza in 2005, a 2009 report in Haaretz citing Palestinian sources indicated that the militant group’s leaders never hide in one place, but spread out and constantly change locations using an elaborate network of tunnels. None of the Israeli reporting on the hospital complex's construction shows photos of its reported fortified basement areas, and reporters covering Israeli attacks on or near the hospital during Israel’s wars with Hamas in 2008-2009, 2012, 2014 and 2023 have yet to present any direct proof of Hamas’ use of the underground facilities built by the Israelis.

What Benjamin Netanyahu & Joe Biden are doing in Gaza to the Palestinian civilian population are called ethnic cleansing, starvation, offensive biological warfare, torture, domicide and genocide which are all war crimes and crimes against humanity, committed by Israel and the United States. This brutal slaughtering of innocent people serves no military purpose whatsoever:
1. Israel deliberately kills enormous numbers of innocent civilians: more than 20,424 Palestinians were killed and more than 54,036 others were wounded as a result of Israeli airstrikes of whom 50% are children and 20% women. Approximately an additional 8,000 corpses are still buried underneath the rubble.
2. Israel is deliberately starving the desperate Palestinian population by severely limiting the amount of food, fuel, medicine and water that is allowed to be transported into Gaza. Famine and infectious diseases will eventually lead to many more victims than the Israeli carpet-bombings.
3. Israeli leaders talk in shocking terms about what they would like to do with the "human animals" in Gaza, especially considering that some of these leaders also talk incessantly about the horrors of the Holocaust, while at the same time turning Gaza into Auschwitz 2.0.
4. Israel is not only committing genocide by indiscriminately killing and starving the Palestinian people, it also commits domicide by systematically destroying their homes and critical infrastructure. Including mosques, schools, cultural heritage sites, libraries, key government buildings and hospitals, in order to turn Gaza into an uninhabitable piece of wasteland.
5. Israel not only terrorizes, unlawful imprisons, tortures and kills vast numbers of Palestinians, it also publicly humiliates many innocent Palestinian men who have been captured by the IDF during routine house searches.
6. Although the Israelis are carrying out the massacres, warcrimes, crimes against humanity, domicide, ethnic cleansing and genocide, they could never have done so without the full support of president Joe "The Zionist" Biden.
7. While most attention is now focused on Gaza, it is important not to lose sight of what is happening in the West Bank at the same time. Israeli settlers, working closely with the IDF, continue to murder innocent Palestinians, to steal even more Palestinian land in favor of the Yinon-plan.
