  1. They charged Ethan Crumbley's parents, but they were White

  2. I have a feeling that none of the parents or admin will be charged but they’ll try to charge the teacher for putting other students at risk. Even though she didn’t and is the victim. It’s always blame the teacher rather than take responsibility

  3. He brought a gun to school was the gun in his toy box /

  4. Somebody should be held accountable wow wow wow

  5. hummmmm that is so dayumm interesting

  6. This little fellow has been violent in several occasions. He chased other children with a belt and hit them, destroyed a teachers phone and tried to strangle another female teacher. A male teacher dragged him away. It was reported but Not much happened.

  7. The parents need to face and be convicted of serious FELONY charges, and the shooter needs to be prohibited from possessing a weapon of any kind for LIFE.

  8. Guns, bibles, and no free health care…. America is truly unique.

  9. A normal child doesn't have the capacity to intentionally murder someone, he clearly doesn't have the mind of an average child; so yes he should be put on the stand. His parents should also face murder or manslaughter charges, negligence just isn't enough.

  10. They need to find a way to have this child not be with other children except under close observation. I don't know if the parents are at fault but they clearly can't handle him. I wish I knew what to do because this child will only get more dangerous as he grows.

  11. The Parents should face charges. Anytime they leave to go to school at 6 years old they should know what is in the bookbag

  12. HE IS 6 YEARS OLD FFS WHY WAS THIS EVEN IN QUESTION

  13. That makes no sense the 6 years old doesn’t get charged he’s old enough and smart enough strong enough to hold a gun and press the trigger at his teacher he seems to know what the guns for this 6 years old boy might shoot others in stores I don’t trust this boy he should be somewhere where he can’t harm anyone he might bring a knife with him and stab someone if he doesn’t get punished and get taught that’s not allowed he will do it again

  14. Someone asked a very good question. What would jury of his peers look like for a 6 year old? Also what brought this on? I have had some teachers I did not like. But to do something like that…..

  15. figures. they're easy on crime Virginia

  16. The child should be charged with 10 years of child psychiatry sessions, and parents charged with negligence due to not locking up the gun.

  17. It's hilarious that everyone keeps making parent plural.

  18. Its the gun owners responsibility, terrible safety.

  19. When you think you're in democracy 🙄. That's would never happened if you'd have a culture in place

  20. Eye for an eye. Then we are squared.

  21. The parents need to be charged. However, the child should be charged as well or he might think it’s okay to do it again.

  22. In Australia if a child commits a crime the parents get charged and do jail time.

  23. 🤦🏻‍♀️

  24. Who cares? She was a "teacher". Probably had it coming honestly. In fact, when's world war 3 and the food shortage? We need more deletions, not less.

  25. That's a child a baby the parents are responsible for this time to hold parents accountable for the actions of their kids cut and dry!!!!

  26. Are you nuts! Why even use the word "..charged" for a 6 year old child!! Change the title of your news.

  27. Charge the parents, there has to be consequences for actions.

  28. Common Wealth Attorney says 6 year old child does not have the competency to understand the legal system. Remember you said that Attorney. There are Democrats that feel a child can have gender reassignment surgery.

  29. I believe she misspoke. The shooting was not fatal.

  30. There should be no discrimination in criminal charges based on age. 6 or 16, one committed crime, and there is a victim. Victim deserves to see justice being served

  31. The school needs to be penalized! Nobody believed the many reports that the child had a gun. Why didn't they do anything?

  32. When you are under 8, they typically will not criminalize you.

  33. Any halfwit in law enforcement would know you can't criminally charge a 6 year old. However, there seem to plenty of inept adults– including the parents who should all be charged. A teacher was shot and all the police can say is they can't charge a 1st grader?? How incompetent can they be?

  34. He’s SIX years old. He’s not a criminal. He’s a really young child. He needs psychological help, and clearly a lot of it. But jail?!? He’s not old enough to comprehend basic multiplication let alone how the justice system works. A six year old literally doesn’t have the emotional or intellectual maturity to truly understand the impacts of his behavior. I’m sure he understands that he was behaving inappropriately, but certainly not the extent of his actions. Putting a 6 year old in jail is essentially the same as putting a 4 or 5 year old in jail from a developmental perspective. How is it even on the table that he would get charged. Let’s have a conversation about GUN control and the GUN OWNERS responsibility. But talking about a SIX year old going to jail is simply absurd. We’ve all lost our collective minds that this is even a conversation.

  35. Well no one wants to be this kid's 2nd grade teacher…this kid needs an exorcism…

  36. Why could you give a child a gun, children have an impatient emotion

  37. A foot stepping on campus of Assumption uni is death. Assumption uni installed voice recorders everywhere. Stealing and uploading the teachers’ voice chat continued for years resulted in many deadly incidents.

  38. The 6 year old won't face attempted murder charges? That's good. I'm pretty sure a 6 year old doesn't know what they're doing yet at that age. Parents on the other hand🤔

  39. Ultimately fatal shooting?? Was that a mistake or did I miss that news story?
