so if the immunity costs the TAX PAYERS more than what is REASONABLE than the immunity won’t fly and he will only get immunity for what is reasonable. Meaning if he causes 8 billion in damages the TAX PAYERS will “only” pay for 2 Billion.

These 'prosecutors' need to follow the rule of law just like everyone else. You cannot escalate a case straight to the supreme court without first having exhausted the appeals process. It doesn't work like that and I hope the supreme court rejects this attempt to circumvent the legal process.
So basically this would set a precedent to give the president immunity for treason? I am not convinced that Trump is guilty of treason or any crime in regards to Jan. 6 but that is not for me to decide, but up to a jury. If the SC makes this decision that is a very dangerous precedent.
