Fox News talked about the "shame" of Alec Baldwin not being charged every day for almost three weeks just prior to the "turn around".

Brandon Lee, Bruce Lee's son died because a bullet tip, the lead bullet stuck in the barrel of a gun and when the blank cartridge fired (just a noise maker, like a starters pistol) the pressure blew out the stuck bullet, just like a regular live bullet.
Gun handlers on movie sets need to inspect things like that more closely, or make sure that guns on set have copies. One with a fake barrel, no thru bore.
I think Jordan is too extreme and unpolished even to be in Congress, can anyone imagine him as President? This party is unhinged .

This is low hanging fruit for opportunistic lawyers to make money. Blood money in this case. It was clearly a tragic accident with no intent on Baldwin’s behalf to inflict damage on anyone. How it even became a criminal case is a farce. Go prosecute some real shooters. God knows there are plenty about in ‘merica, toting guns with intent.
Be nice to see him prepare for his SNL roles of Trump, while in prison. Baldwin, what a screwball loser.

Alec shouldn't be held responsible. He didn't load the gun, the hired and paid Armorer did. It was handed to him, whether or not he fired is irrelevant. He is an actor, not a killer. The Armorer and team around her should be held responsible. Alec's career is over now anyway.

He may indeed incriminate himself, by stating that he didn't pull the Trigger, as if it went off on its own. That may not be suffice.
He should've just stated that he never knew if the Gun was loaded, while reinacting his role .. (His attorney may have instructed him, to admit to NOTHING. )
I knew that Baldwin would be charged as soon as they said they dropped the charges I knew they were redoing the case I knew it and I said it. And I was attacked by the trolls for that comment.
There's no new evidence. There's just a shift in public opinion.
Officer Kim Potter used her firearm instead of taser on the job during a traffic stop and took a human life and served time (yes short, probation, home confinement, restricted from future firearm possession). So why does Alec who admitted he took a life on the job of another human not get at least a trial or opportunity to plead guilty (even an Alfred plea where he home confinement and voluntarily gets rid of all his firearms)??

If Alec would just admit, he pulled the trigger. I would definitely feel more sympathy for him. He obviously didn’t mean to kill someone as he wasn’t practicing proper gun safety, the inexperienced armorer should not have been hired based off her résumé. She definitely should take more of the blame, but since Baldwin refuses to just admit he messed up. I hope he at least gets a little jail time.
He killed someone and injured another. If you are holding the weapon You are responsible. Not anyone else. Take some responsibility.
