Several hundred protesters marched outside Britain’s Parliament on the day the country was supposed to leave the European Union. The pro-Brexit crowd say they feel betrayed that MPs have caused Brexit to be delayed for a third time. A small number got into scuffles with the police, resulting in one arrest.
