Outrage is growing in Alabama after police fatally shot 39-year-old Steve Perkins outside of his home. Questions over Perkins’ death prompted weeklong protests and calls for transparency. NBC News’ Morgan Chesky has the details.

Perkins DID NOT have a gun. He had a flashlight. His vehicle payment was up to date. He wasn't given any time to comply to police orders. That is why people are outraged. Perkins was a very good man and committed no crime! Police protocol was not followed at all.
Why don’t you all do all that stuff when it’s black on black killing?

2 it is a crime to brandish a weapon
3 it is a crime to obstruct or delay the enforcement of a court order
4 the man shot used the gun to intimidate the repo man … Thats a crime
It’s seems like the right to bare arms and practice 2nd amendment rights only applies to white people in America. He’s in a southern state where you are allowed to defend your home and property if you feel threatened. I can understand the why he didn’t know it was the police it’s and the middle of the night and they didn’t announce themselves properly.

Qualified immunity nullifies the constitution. You dont have any rights. The police are the supreme law of the land. They murder you and get away with it. The tyranny of the state is being defended by the courts. The constitution is supposed to be the restaining force that restrains the authority of the government. But with qualified immunity that restraints are broken and the police are like a rabid pit bull who has broken off the chain and is biting and devouring the people. The courts are to blame equally. They sic the dogs on us and the dogs do what dogs do. When we cry out for justice our cases get thrown out and the dogs are free to bite and terrorize us again. These courts have done this to us. Qualified immunity is unconstitutional but the courts dont care about that. They want to protect the abuser of the peoples. You have no unalienable rights. Your just a slave waiting to be murdered by the police.
