If those three cops were white it would be much worse .If guy killed was white it wouldn't even make the news.
Why didn't Tyre just pull over the first time the police turned their flashers on?
Why did they have to send multiple squad cars to pin his car to force him to stop?
Why did Tyre flee from the police once he was on the ground?
Though what the police did once they caught up to him (after he fled on foot) was horribly wrong, and they should be prosecuted, this may have been avoided if Tyre would have pulled over after the initial request to do so. I've been pulled over multiple times, frisked twice, and dealt with verbally abusive cops. However, each time I've been fully compliant. I can only imagine what would have happened if I had refused to pull over, or attempted to run from the police. Especially Chicago detectives from the '80s that looked like they were straight out of Serpico.
Why are yall protesting here ? Tyre was killed in Memphis…
Take your protesting to the city and state of his murder better yet Memphis has a Capitol and police department go there and run a muck. WHY ARE YALL HERE????? Stop protesting in the wrong place even catch that bus/flight and go actually make yelling worth your time
