What about giving it to Puerto Rico, who was invaded by the McKinsley U.S. presidency in 1901, like Ukraine was invaded by Russia, the right to use the Patriot program on the U.S. government? What about having a "Fair Fight Right" Act, where It gives Puerto Rico, the founder of the U.S. through Spain starting 1501, the right to fight back for their U.S. territory????? Isn't that Patriotism? We're the only ones that have the U.S. Constitution enforced upon us, let us use the Patriot program that you offer Ukraine.
What about the Patriot defense system being added to the second amendment? These officers are sheriff's are arresting and trespassing citizens on their own public property!

Would be wonderful to see Putin and all of his military neutralised. Ditto China and North Korea. In the case of Russia and China, why on Earth (literally) do they want to grab more land when they’ve not made anywhere near enough of what they already have? I guess both Russian and Chinese leaderships think in very old fashioned terms. The world would be a better place without those three military-government combinations.

He's downplaying them now but was threatened by them when the statement came out, calling them legitimate targets. He's just shook by our unity and that outstanding right before Christmas. He expected the West to not care about Ukraine, that we'd give up and he'd use vicious tactics and myriad options to eventually break Kyiv's resolve to fight.

Putin's comments about America supplying Ukraine with the Patriot missile defence system exposes his war mongering credentials more than anything else.
How can the US be accused of escalating the conflict, and what is the nonsense about Russia destroying the missiles, when the Patriot system is a missile used to defend against incoming missiles? In a warped way Putin could perhaps argue that Patriot missiles are being destroyed as they do their job and shoot down incoming Russian missiles.
Patriot isn't an offensive missile system, if Russia do not fire their missiles at Ukraine cities then the Patriot missiles will not be used.
It is in Putin and his stooges interest to claim that NATO and non-NATO countries supplying Ukraine with weapons is unacceptable, and yet in the same breath Russia receives military aid from mercenaries, Belarus and Iran. If Russia had more friends, or more support for their invasion, they would request and receive more military help. It is Ukraine's good fortune that they have friends with deep pockets and advanced military weapons.
Russia need to hope that the World (including China and India) don't get so frustrated that Putin's senseless, unjust, unwinnable "special operation" is thought to be causing so much harm to the world economies that they start sending boots on the ground to assist Ukraine.
Ironic that Russia felt threatened by Ukraine joining NATO and yet even now, NATO does not see a Russia defeat being anything more than pushing them out of Ukraine and back to their legitimate borders, even now, attacking Russia itself is not an objective.

Patriot missiles were created in 1982, i.e. 40 years ago.
They are already outdated, they are only for "slow" old missiles and aircraft such as the SU-24, they cannot shoot down Russian hypersonic "Daggers" missiles, which, by the way, the United States and Western countries still do not have. The main damage to Ukraine is caused by "Daggers" and cheap drones, so they really do not change the situation in the war.
Patriot missiles are an approximate analogue of Russian S-300, while Russia already has S-400 and S-500.
In addition, they are very expensive for use in the war in Ukraine.
