Ukraine cannot be neutral because it is not free to choose!! Since the coup and the ilegal junta installed by the USA, Poroshenko and Zelensky received money from USA to do their bidding. The government is selling their resources to USA speculators and pocketing the money. The USA/EU/NATO want to own it, and expect it to facilitate in owning Russia as well. It is all about power and greed. A neutral Ukraine would mean that the West would not be able to exploit Ukraine, or force it to do their bidding.
I would like to see a free Ukraine with no bosses from the West or East, no restrictions of language, free speech, human rights, no neo nazis attacking and torturing people; no Biden being paid millions by companies in Ukraine, no Biden mandating the firing of a judge investigating corruption in reference to Biden's dealings in Ukraine; free elections as opposed to installed puppets who answer to USA/EU/NATO.
