😊DIFFERENCES between religion and spirituality.
👉RELIGION Spirituality is a specific set of beliefs, practices, and rituals related to the worship of a higher power or being. It usually involves an organized institution, a collective of people with similar religious beliefs, and a formalized structure with specific rules and regulations. Religion is often associated with a particular culture, tradition, or geographic region. Its primary purpose is to help believers connect with the divine, achieve salvation, and follow a moral code of conduct.
👉Real Spirituality, on the other hand, is a more individual and subjective approach to transcendence and enlightenment. It refers to the inner experience of connecting with one's inner self or a universal consciousness, seeking meaning or purpose beyond the physical realm. Spirituality includes a broad range of practices and beliefs, such as meditation, mindfulness, healing emotionally through comprehension, compassion, unity , and seeking personal growth and self-awareness. It is less formalized and less bound by tradition, culture, or religious institutions.
In summary, religion is an organized system of beliefs and practices while spirituality is a more personal and individualistic pursuit of transcendence and inner growth
