Nah … what he fails to explain is who is going to label something misinformation that can then be censored by the viewer. I think the biggest problem is the right in its cowardice has never gotten its message across in the right manner. Freedom of speech was not a “left” ideal but rather an ideal shared by both sides. The right has always been about the rights inherent in us by the constitution. The right is so afraid of being called a name that they capitulated everything and “compromised” on everything while the left never did. That’s what gave them power.
