Rand Paul – making a lot of sense he is. Amazing. KY has a law which guarantees that if a sitting Senator/Rep cannot continue in office that he/she must be replaced by someone within the same Party. In general, this law is a good one, if not changed every time the Governor changes. But Rand Paul probably has someone in mind for replacing McConnell.
