Why does Weingarten still have a job.
The U.S. Dept. of education should be abolished ASAP. I am the product of the school system prior to the U.S. having a Dept. of education. The heavy handed Federal Government should stay out of the education process. Schools, prior to 1975, were run by individual states. They did quite well. The constitution does not specifically cover education; thus it then reverts to individual states to manage education.
Randi Weingarten is yet another secular presbyterian up to their neck in this entire mess……but the Jenga game is over……and IT WON'T BE LONG NOW before this particular card table full of jigsaw puzzle pieces is exposed…. right down to the fingerprints found on EVERY SINGLE PIECE. .

Homeschool your children. Resource your own materials along with the curriculum. Teach your own children if you can or someone you trust (family) if its practical. The government has an agenda.
Weingarten was instrumental in school closures. Keeping schools closed for longer than need be, was also Weingarten's fault. This woman did not care about the children whose lives she put on hold. She cared only to promote the government project of fear !
Who cares
First off, Weingarten doesn't make the decision to close schools. Local and state officials make the determination. Second, there is no evidence any school was closed "to spite Trump". Markowicz is a hack.
What about the scores of all the children that died at Private/Religious schools? What, they r still alive and….doing better than the Public schools.
