It never seems to amaze me, how so many of my fellow countrymen and women can sit back and be so comfortable with the current trend of Judge shopping. Why is a judge in Wash. state allowed to place an injunction al a ruling in Texas or N.M?
Those not enumerated in the BILL of Rights or provided context in the constitution, go to the people in their respective state. per 10th amendment. This guy is talking like he knows the constitution so that you believe what he says but he’s not telling you the truth. Whatever is not in the constitution isn’t there on purpose and you defer to where the constitution tells you to, because they did that on purpose. And if you can’t find it anywhere in the Bill of Rights or the constitution, You send it to the states. Period –
