This incompetent federal employee, Rep. Kustoff, was doing kind of fairly well until the 6:00 minute mark when he was queried on the inflation issue at which time, he revealed just how base and ignorant he really is. This half-wit clown actually said: "…the more money the federal government prints and flushes into the economy, ada, ah, it has a detrimental effect on inflation." – and this guy is a United (Mafia) States Congressional Representative????!!!!
Please, please, pretty please with a cherry on top, correct me if I'm mistaken but the fact, as I understand reality, is that we NEVER, EVER, NEVER actually "print money" in order to meet federal expenditures and for dumb-dumb to use the term – "flush into the economy" – is disturbing, to say the least. Then there is the heart of the matter which is that by his incompetent rhetoric he indicates that he believes that just because there is more funds circulating in the economy and obviously in the pockets of the masses, that this is a justification for Big Corporate Business, which includes Big Oil, to "allegedly" collude in order to fix prices higher, without there being a significant cost of production increase, so as to satisfy their greed/avarice by engaging in this opportunistic price gouging that is the cause for this record inflation. At the same time, we the people are struggling to survive while Corporate America is racking in record profits, as is evidenced by these quarterly reports that they live and die by. To state my position succinctly, just because we the people have some extra cash it doesn't give Corporate America the right to legally steal it from us by raising prices on consumer goods. The likes of Kustoff in our federal government are siding with Big Corporate Business and saying yes, they do have a right to raise prices every time the working man gets a little bit ahead and this must be corrected, and the correction will require some sort of price controls, obviously.
To belabor the federal government "printing money" issue which again, never happens, but instead with the new/old federal financial paradigm called quantitative easing (QE3) we now have the ability to ELECTRONICALLY GENERATE WE THE PEOPLE'S MONIES IN ORDER TO MEET FEDERAL EXPENDITURES WHEN THERE ARE INSUFFICIENT FUNDS AVAILABLE FORM OUR DEFUNCT FEDERAL INCOME TAX SYSTEM THAT WILL NEVER, CAN NEVER BE REVIVED. QE spending is real and here to stay, without which we go no further as a nation, as a species.
The entire explanatory narrative on how and why QE spending works is called Equity Spending (YouTube) or ES, not to be confused with the more politically correct, Left leaning, in my opinion, inferior MMT explanatory narrative on QE spending. P.O.O.F.O.O.S.I.E.

We've been in a recession since Jan 20 2021 after they installed Biden in OUR White House. Since then he has become nothing more than a squatter occupying OUR White House.

Majority of American cannot afford the rent hike. $4000-$5000 for a one bedroom apartment which requires the renter to make $200,000/yr in order to be qualified to rent. In this trend, young generations will not be able to afford a home ever. In reality, tenants are not paying more than before because due to mass money printing US$ devalued and thus price for everything hiked.
