i just got off a job working in a garage and it was 107 degrees. It's miserable. lol. I had to soak a shirt in ice water and water my neck and face a few times just to not feel like i'm about to pass out. It's just soooooooooooooooooooooo hot. im just going to freeze 2-3 gallon bottles of water and then just hug it during the day or just use the ice water to cool me off. The cold towel to the neck cools you off QUICK lol

I've been tempted to move to Texas during covid, it's cheaper, houses are affordable, less traffic, etc. However, I'm currently loving my 72 degree summer weather in SoCal.
I am 59. In 1980 in Mineral Wells it was 114 for 4 or 5 days. Still isnt that hot yet.

Hmm could it be a climate change. Could it be the fact that we could have used other solutions to stop this crisis, but instead people in this country hick state taught it was a stupid idea to install green roofs and cool pavements. Instead they cared more about building more oil rigs and more infrastructure that doesn't provide any way to prevent drought.

110 degrees f is pretty average for this time of year in Phx/Sctsdl area. Arizonans know to hydrate/hydrate/hydrate, do as much of their outings after dark, do outdoor sports after dark
