Our sons and daughters serve in harm’s way
To defend our way of life.
Some are students, some grandparents
Many a husband or wife.
They face great odds without complaint
Gambling life and limb for little pay.
So far away from all they love
Fight our soldiers for whom we pray.
The plotters and planners of America's doom
Pledge to murder and maim all they can.
From early childhood they are taught
To kill is to become a man.
They exploit their young as weapons of choice
Teaching in heaven, virgins will await.
Destroying lives along with their own
To learn of their falsehoods too late.
The fearful cry we must submit
And find a way to soothe them.
Where defenders worry if we stand down
The future for America is grim.
Now's not the time to fight one another
Or kiss our enemy's cheek.
All through history it remains the same
The strong enslave the weak.
May God continue to bless America
Refusing evil, the upper hand.

The saddest part about 9/11 is that the attacks could’ve been prevented, and yet the FBI and CIA refused to cooperate with each-other in stopping this terrorist’s sick and twisted wet dream from coming to life before it was too late.
Due to their negligence and refusal to share information, the blood of the 2,977 innocent civilians is on their hands. Even the rising death toll from the illnesses caused by the bellowing smoke of the collapsed twin towers is just further bloodshed from their failure to protect us on that tragic day. And it is something that’ll haunt them for the rest of their existence.

9/11 is the day, not only to remember painful experiences but also to reestablish the unity and solidarity of this country is one.

I remember watching it live on tv. When I started watching just the 1st tower was on fire. Then we see the second plane and are told about the pentagon.

I live in Russia andI remember that day very well. I was shocked by the news and could not believe at first that it happened. I was in the Moscow region at my country house with my father. We heard this news on Federal Radio. I sincerely express my condolences to all the victims of this terrible crime. it was a crime against all humanity! Peace and Respect from Russia 🇺🇸 😢😢

I was 13 years old when it happened. I still remember all this horror! And every September 11 I put candles in our church for the repose of all the dead. May they rest in peace. Russia is with you.
