ALL constitutional rights, particularly the 2nd amendment is NOT ABSOLUTE. It ends when the exercise thereof affects the rights of others.

Red flag laws and the idea to take the second amendment away is pretty much asking for a domestic war. Don't want dead kids? Place armed people there. Make them confront their mortality. Red flag laws are inherently dangerous because they allow an angry coworker, neighbor, spouse, or virtually anyone to report a person with no consequences for their false reporting. Additionally, These Red Flag laws presume guilt and punish the accused by removing a person's 2nd Amendment rights BEFORE they have been proven so in court.
