It’s not just her actions being called into question. He failed to recuse himself on a case that any ethics class would tell you he should recuse himself on. The justices were ruling on whether certain records need to be released and he knew that if they were released people might find out negative info about his wife. His failure to recuse himself is HIS action. It’s like this: if you are a judge and your wife robs a bank, you are not allowed to be the judge for her trial. If you decided not to recuse yourself and to be the judge anyway, it would be YOUR bad decision not to recuse yourself.
Until we have a good cleaning and get back to working together there will be political unrest. We are fighting the most corrupt party ever.
