Firms are ONLY as complicit as the FIB (Federal Investigation Bureau) enforces ITAR… and with the LIES of Fake Diversity, (EX-) Inclusion, (NO) Equity, they have essentially thrown ANY and ALL regulations out the door and enforcement. Except to use it against those that complain there are no rules and enforcement. So a LOT of defense contractor companies that ARE in democrat run states, utterly and completely don't give a crap about any of these regulations, other than appearing the façade of any regulations whatsoever. Smoke and mirrors. Their doors are open to China and other countries and hire accordingly, and share information most freely on unencrypted chats/meeting websites that are RUN by CHINA and other Countries.
