The racism is ingrained in the heart and mind of many and will come out of them when they encounter the persons they hold these racist views against at work whether it be police or Doctors or Companies……what’s in a man , woman , child , human etc. is what comes out through actions and or verbally…….. so how could job training change a thing ? I’m 50 years old I was born in Minneapolis and lived there until I was 26 years old. It was going on back then. This is nothing new. And besides the Minneapolis police department. The human rights department should be looking into Robbinsdale St. Louis Park Brooklyn Center, Brooklyn Park Minnetonka Richfield Anoka Blaine all the surrounding suburbs because growing up they also racially profiled immensely and I am sure it hasn’t stopped! I’m glad the study was done. But it should’ve been done 30-40 years ago!

This issue has too many taboos and the report is garbage science. The report says it examined behavior and for similar behavior the police treated black people worse but all it did was look at police reports and note description of behavior but that doesn't take into account differences in intensity of the behavior. It may be uncomfortable to talk about but blacks have different temperaments which lead to different stats. Men also have different temperaments compared to women and that also leads to differences in police stats.
