I'd be more concerned about curing aids in medical professionals and those that were exposed to it through means outside of sex. The same goes for children who are born with it. Every adult knows the HIV and AIDS is there. It's like covid, in a sense. If they choose not to be smart and make their partner get tested and still practice safe sex, it kind of just is what it is. Thankfully certain medication can help those people now so that their virus is so low it's no longer detectable, but they still need to be safe!
