I've always heard that if they can help you out at all, particularly in life or death situations, Hawaiians will.
I hope Biden gives U.S. citizens in Maui a little of the aid dedicated for Ukraine and illegals coming in on the borders.
Churches are trying to find other people who were not affected by the fires that are willing to host a family while we rebuild their community. A family is moving onto the property in the small room with a complete bathroom. The garage has been cleared out and cleaned with a nice picnic table. We’re trying to get a makeshift kitchen for them in there as well. I’m giving what I can to the our Ohana to live comfortably while we, living in the same homes that are here. It’s very comfortable and clean with fellowship to ease their burden. The whole island has stepped up. The exception of the people who came from the east and west coasts. They don’t respect the Hawaiian people or culture. Selfish and uncaring.
Government never helps us. It always falls on is to support each other. All the government does is point fingers writes reports and cops stop us helping each other as ordered by government county and state
