The Republican National Committee has voted to require its candidates to abstain from presidential debates run by the Commission on Presidential Debates. NBC’s Vaughn Hillyard reports on the impact this decision could have.

Really interesting behavior for a party that believed all there actions were justified. This is in no way to protect Trump from getting Jan 6th questions constantly thrown at him, or tearing holes in his alibi. The RNC is going to lose the next election handily, they've done too much to sabotage their own success. Voter Registration Cards are going to lead to thousands more voting because it's seen as restrictive legislation and people always respond to that method of control, Libertarians are going to vote for a 3rd party candidate rather than support the RNC for being close enough and everyone who will be turning 18 in the gap between is going to see through what's going on with 60% leaning democratic/libertarian. Destroying your party for one mans pride is such a dumb idea.
