The constituents in his district, need to have him recalled by vote, then hold a special election in their district.
I can remember Adam Clayton Powell's removal from Congress on FRAUD charges when he fled to the Bahamas back in the 1960s. Following allegations of corruption, in 1967 Powell was excluded from his seat by the Democratic Representatives-elect of the 90th United States Congress, but he was re-elected and regained the seat in the 1969 ruling by the Supreme Court of the United States in Powell v. McCormack. Even back in the day…there were people who didn't believe in judging a person by the content of their character…they ONLY judged people by the color of their skin.
What's ironic and PROVES my point, is the fact that there is now a Boulevard in Harlem named after Adam Clayton Powell.

Not sure why Romney is complaining about Santos lying. Santos is actually the perfect Republican representative and if he does get booted out of congress will probably end up on FoxNews.
