Neighbor in the white Cadilac you've had ample opportunities to state your case as to why you stalk me and spread lies about me to the places I go. And I'll be very clear here, I'm not your enemy but you've become fixated on me and your conduct and stalking have become criminal and as unfortunate as this to say, if you don't stay away from me I'll have no choice but to bring legal attention to it.
The reason that I tell you this is because I'd rather use diplomacy because I like the person that you are, but you have some things that are disturbing you it seems and I sympathize with that.
You're on the opposite side of my apartment wall and I've heard you, everytime I go someplace you follow. I'm not trying to be rude but your behavior is becoming intrusive and I now ask you to please stop.I'd like to be your friend and get to know you if you'd like, but you're coming on strong and I ask that you please stop or I'll have no choice but to seek advice from the authorities.
Any consideration is certainly appreciated.
And to law enforcement I ask you to wait to mobilize your drones, I think that the gal to whom I'm addressing in this comment might be romantically confused and with a bit of enlightenment she can see things more clearly because your drones have caused animosity in others and avoiding conflicts is uhe wise thing.. I think that the gal whom i'm addressing might have the wrong idea about there being a ''she and I'' (because she's stalked me for years and when she tried to run me over with her car) it was the time that I was speaking with multiple females when I was in the city last Fall. I think that her eyes are starting to see that I only wish to be friends and squandering the taxpayer's dime on running drones isn't necessary (I just heard her giggle on the opposite side of my apartment wall when typing ''the drone part'' which proves that she's doing this just to get law enforcement drones to invade my privacy and that's not an option due to the fact that the reason that people have been doing this is because of you law enforcement).
And because the 2 people who started all of the false accusations against me have confessed to committing acts of deception amd lying, that means if they'll lie about one thing, they'll lie about all things. And that means that every action that you in law enforcement have taken against me to stalk me or monitos the interior of my apartment was already illegal but now you are to spread word about these developements which are already months old.I'd appreciate it if you'd make that adjustment immediately.

PS. I ask the Republicans in both Houses of Congress to please circulate this comment through YouTube immediately and to also know that the few times that I've requested things from your democrat collegues in Congress which has been in the spirit of bipartisanship only.
And the residual crimes from the YouTube legal matter that includes me and others still remain and the cybercrime is part of it.
I shouldn't have to have my apartment privacy violated by drones just because I wasn't granted a cybercrime investigation all of the dozens of times that I requested them.
And so in the name of legal justice I ask you to circulate this comment, but to contact Stillwater Law Enforcement and Washington Sheriff's Department (and every other law enforcement agency in Minnesota) and relay these things that I've mentioned here and tell them all that the 2 people who started the character assassination, extortion and lie spreading against me iave confessed to forms of deception in this legal matter please.

Stillwater Law Enforcement set up this ''monitoring me in my apartment and organized gang stalking against me each time I leave my apartment and that is illegal. And before I broadcast the matter, because I've always loved law enforcement I'd resort to bilateral diplomacy and also give my word that I'll commit no crimes. Stillwater law enforcement has monitored the YouTube activity that led to this point and they should have made these changes months ago. And any officer that does not agree with or like the outcome of this legal matter may consult me for more details to grathfy them, but the law is the law and even Stillwater Law Enforcement can't interfere with court decisions.
And due to all that has been litigated here, Stillwater Law Enforcement is charged with upholding all court decisions – and that means that they're not to do spellcasting on me to compensate for any ''lack of approval'' on their part.
I need their unbiased service with the legalities that are involved in this immediately and they were sworn into doing this for me please.
Will Stillwater Law Enforcement uphold tieir sworn oaths? Well I need them to please.
