There are no houses to buy, and people can't find rental property. With the influx of migrants there is a shortage all around. Americans are living out of their cars due to the low amount of available apartments. My advice is to double up families in one house and pray you can save money.

This is really interesting and to think I was planning on throwing my money into the Housing market. Now, my dilemma is this; Given that stocks have been underperforming and considering the current housing market, will it be better to invest into Real Estates or into Stocks. Which would yield better output. Considering a young mid income, short term person with not so much spare time.
