The Thrift Investment money has zero to do with the military "retirement" system. Only civilian workers invest through the Fed Thrift Investment system for their retirement. Military members can invest in that system for when they get out of the service before the required number of years required to draw a retirement pension.
Rubio is a typical establishment republican, not the worst, but not who we need at this moment. Rubio has not done anything but chimein in when it's politically expedient

This should be clarified. Rubio is 100% correct. There is zero reason to start trusting American retirement plans to the Chinese. Let's see…where did the Corona virus come from? I don't really understand the problem. America has been the BIGGEST supporter of communism for many many years. When we started buying and manufacturing everything from China we support them. Try and buy an electronic item(ie computer, TV, Radio etc) made in this country. They dominate the world trade because of the USA people. The almighty dollar is king. Do I agree with the retirement fund deal? No, but it will happen. Money.
