I think the bots number Twitter gave is grossly understated and do not believe it is worth the costs he is willing to pay.
Think about this, WaPo sold for $300 million not anything in the billions and Twitter is worst social media company.

Lost trust in big tech, media and our governments ability to oversee it all from devolving into the circus it has become.
Why do we need any social media at all? I watch it upset people. It distracts employees from their jobs, friends are separated, families don't talk anymore. People think someones opinion of them from the other side of the world matters. Gotta get likes. Gotta get followers. What about visiting your neighbor across the yard? I've only ever been on FB, and I'm into my 5th month of not even logging on that. Life is better now.
And they were fine giving that small number to the FCC because we know they were going to go along with it. We have seen how the FCC backstabs SpaceX already. Allowing Amazon and Jeff bezos to delay the space program because of possible taking deliveries away from Amazon. Can they actually even say freedom of competition. 🤔
