For anyone who is worried, Russia and China together don't stand a chance against the power of the west. We would literally swap their inbound icbms from the sky. According to sources the Russian military was under the false impression they were merely doing drills. What is really concerning is the fact that even though most have been brought to awareness it is not a drill, they are still pushing forward from a fear of not doing what Putin/Kremlin want them to do. pro EU government after the then Russian controlled President Yanukovych decided not to sign a political association and free trade agreement with the European Union.
Putin invaded the Ukraine not because of a few Russian speakers in Luhansk but because he can not tolerate that this spirit of freedom that gripped the whole country spreads to Russia.
