Don’t give an inch to Russia. The only topic that should be negotiated is how quickly Putin is ejected from power. This needs to end now. God protect Ukraine!
NO LAND FOR PEACE. The Russians will be back in the future if that happens. Here are my conditions for Putin:
1) Complete withdrawal of all Russian forces from every inch of Ukraine,- after admitting defeat or stating that objectives been met.
2) Separatists illegally in Ukraine and who don't have domicilium et executandi in Ukraine, leave.
3) Any ethic Russians who remain in Donbas and have anti Ukraine tendencies, swear loyalty to the Ukraine flag, and you may live in peace as Russians in Ukraine.
4) Putin retracts any motions and decrees that made Luhansk and Donetsk independent and declares them as still being part of Ukraine.
5)Putin immediately returns Ukrainian property aka Crimea. All citizens of Russian decent in Crimea that feel they cannot live in an independent, democratic State can leave for Mother Russia with escorted safe passage.
6)The mechanisms to induct Ukraine into NATO be instituted immediately.
7)Forthwith as instructed all Oligarchs on the sanctions list will forfeit their fortunes, boats, Crimean beach palaces etc. to the Ukrainian State under Nato supervision, to pay for rebuilding Ukraine.
8)All these Oligarchs must forfeit their foreign passports and second citizenships to the country they were issued from.
9)No sanctions against Russia will be lifted until the rebuilding of Ukraine is 100% complete.
10) Putin is tried before an international court as a war criminal and sentenced to life imprisonment in a supermax prison in the USA.
11)Any Russian Princeling who follows in Putins footsteps shall be monitored about Real Russian Aussen Politik and Geo Politik, whether he likes it or not. In the Motherland he can do as he pleases.
12) No more Russian fuckery will be accepted by the International Community of Democratic Nations and any other nations who are in support.
13) As an administrative point, no Russian can continue to practice Strategic Lying.
If this is unacceptable to the Russians, then they can continue in their folly and face a generational insurgency in Ukraine which ultimately will lead to the collapse of the Russian Federation anyway, but will cost many lives and result in the same end as if they just accept the above conditions. Only then it will be the complete end of the federation. Take your pick, Mr Putin and remember, pride comes before the fall. So do the right thing. For the world and the Russian people.
Ukraine is trying to have their cake and eat it too… Since the dissolution of the USSR, Ukraine has been their own sovereign nation… They did NOT join NATO which was within their rights… However now that they have been invaded they are trying to get NATO to come to their aid retroactively… They remind me of the kind of person who does not buy health insurance until after they become sick… Zelensky the other day said America was weak because we would not come to his aid… Well he is not a NATO member so why should we??? Zelensky is trying to have it both ways – he wants all the benefits of NATO membership, but with none of the responsibilities… Anyway once he was invaded that ship sailed and we are not obligated to defend his country… We could if we were so disposed – but there is NO obligation… EDIT: direct conflict with Russia is NOT in our country's best interest…

Russian soldiers cannot turn back and have no home outside of Russia. They are fighting for survival. If there were a place for them outside of Russia, they may be more willing to surrender without a fight. An opportunity of a lifetime for private military contractors to absorb these soldiers of fortune into their ranks.
