Participation trophy tragedy. Her father an armorer taught her. He knows she lacks the character and he doesn't say "You can't be and armorer" because it would hurt her feelings. Dad should be on trial too
How can an 18 mo prison term justify many millions of dollars and a week long trial? Bunch of finger pointing going on and hiding evidence. Surely HGR should have more than one charge!
The rust set medic is a joke. She sued for PTSD. SHE WAS THE MEDIC!!!!! She needs to get into a different line of work if doing her job gives her PTSD. SMH
Think they gave immunity to the wrong person, that Prop's woman willfully tampered with evidence and was CO-Armorer, also handled the weapons, destroyed evidence after taking phone calls from Baldwin & munitions supplier, something stinks here.
There will make a moive about her
7 camera people who were under halyna quit the day before citing poor conditions and poor safety on set. After 2 negligent weapons discharges and only one safety briefing in 12 days when these should have been daily. She should have left too. The camera people should have been 21 feet away by industry standards from a gun firing blanks but were only 7 feet away. Halyna didn’t know her job or didn’t care. Happy to look the other way for the pay check? But because she died she is automatically a saint and the best cinematographer evaaarrr.
The more you listen to the testimony from the trial you realise how many people ignored basic gun safety. Not just the unqualified head armourer who didn’t have enough experience under her belt to join the union. Who hadn’t done the training courses because she wasn’t a member of the union. Who’d only had minimal on the job training on a single movie with her aged step dad. Who at 81 now should have retired long ago.
The assistant director and the props master were handling guns unsupervised and they were unqualified and unsafe. She discharged a blank accidentally on set when she was loading a gun. And the AD didn’t check the gun and handed it to Alec saying it was a cold gun. The AD had safety issues on a previous film with firearms. When you have a 6-7 million budget you have to get people who are cheap and people who can’t get other work, they’re very cheap. There’s usually a reason why people aren’t keen on hiring them though.
I’d like to see the production team being held to account.
That clip has no relevance to the case. Baldwin is firing blanks in those scenes. The case involved Dummy rounds and live rounds.
Cocaine and guns are a deadly combination. She is guilty as hell!
Who handed the gun to Baldwin? Has that been established?
Rom 3:23
For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
Rom 6:23
For the wages of sin is death;
Psalms 9:17
The wicked shall be turned into hell, and all the nations that forget God.
Acts 8:37
And Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.
Rom 10:9
That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
Corinthians 15:3-4
For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:
Ephesians 2:8-9
For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast.

Baldwin is pleading not guilty. BWAHAHAAAAAAAAA!
"It wasn't me, 16 witnesses are all lying. I pretend for a living. I'm a celebrity"
The politics are so shady that they will charge Hannah and then let Baldwin walk free. I bet my life savings on this. Our courts are so corrupt and politics run them. We have already seen it first hand over the past 3 years from the ignorant people that's in office currently.
She was hired by who thats who is blame
I SOLVED the case, Hannah had two BLANKS boxes, hers and Seths. She has been stealing 45 blanks from Starline set blanks and actually made live rounds from them. On the cart she put her box and his box on the same cart so no one would say anything and dumped her box and his box and was pulling from the cart. She forgot that she had 45s lives in her box and one of those got put in Alec’s gun by HER. She didnt shake any of them. One couldn't fit so she shaved it to fit, that was the LIVE round. She has been stealing prop blanks from seth and hid the other box from the cops which they havent found.
It's great to see you staying informed and engaged with current events! Trials like these can be complex and emotionally charged, highlighting the importance of safety, responsibility, and the legal processes in the entertainment industry. It's a reminder of how every role on a set contributes to not just the creation of art, but also to a safe working environment. Your interest in such a serious matter shows a deep sense of empathy and understanding towards all involved. Keep up with your curiosity and compassion as you follow along—it's people like you who make thoughtful discussions and learning possible.
I'm still trying to understand WHY they need live bullets on a bloody film set????!!!!
She actually looks cute when shes not dressed like a liberal lesbian. Who do people make themselves look like that?
Poor girl, but MORE poor is the one who died. Regardless of what one might feel, it's this girl fault, no buts.
It's just sad really, I don't even… sad…
Without a revelation of some deceit or conspiracy to put live ammo in the gun that Baldwin wielded the best evidence in the trial so far has been Gutierrez' co-mingling of dummy, blank, and live rounds. Second to this is the fact that live rounds, cartridges that contained a detonating primer, gun powder and a deadly by design bullet were present on the site and NOT secured in locked and separate storage while weapons capable of firing live ammunition were in use as props for the filming. The accusations of liability for financers, department heads, actors and staff other than the armorer on the 'Rust' film site are the trappings of money making civil suits and unrelated to the matter of criminality in the death and wounding.
She secretly brought the bullet in her purse. She is a psychopath looking 4 attention that she would never get because she is a talentless ho. Armorors must be strip searched from now on? This low level employee was not vetted properly. Whoever hired her is also liable. Whoever hired her, had sex with her and planned this whole thing.
Baldwin is very hateable but he got too much blame for this. This is the person who should be in jail.
Uhm " a revolver held by Alec Baldwin fired a shot" nope, "Alec Baldwin negligently fired a shot from a revolver"
It's pretty obvious that Hannah was not qualified to do this particular job but does that make her criminally negligent. It would be impossible for Hannah to know what she doesn't know if nobody has ever told her what she should know.
Why was there Live Rounds there anyways!!????
At least it looks like a good film
Why would live ammunition and real firearms ever be needed to make a movie? It’s so easy to film gunshots without actual bullets, this has to be a sinister motive to insert real ammunition onto the set.
jackass
She is not a a licensed medic she is an EMT the lowest license that she can get.
They hired her to cut corners
Idc what anyone says it’s this bitches fault 😅
She should have been fired once they noticed that live ammo was on set. It sounds like she was unprofessional, irresponsible, and didn't take her job seriously.
Does she have an onlyfans?
Was she hired because she was the best person available, or was there a quota to fill? Everyone involved looks un-sleepy.
They need to make an actual law forbidding any live ammo on a movie set. They could call it the Hutchins-Lee Bill, named after Halyna Hutchins and Brandon Lee.
I think the guy hiring this coconut girl is responsable.
THE GUY WHO PROVIDED THE REAL BULLETS SHOULD GO TO JAIL!!!!! HE HANDED OVER LIVE ROUNDS!
Throw both her and Baldwin in jail. Asshats like that deserve to be in jail
Baldwin is just at guilty as the armorer! They both need to go to prison!
Why is the armorer in trouble and not alec?
She was in charge of the ammo. She loaded the gun. She is a drug addict. She goes to jail for murder.
OHHhhhhhhhhh, suddenly in court this 12-year old looking girl doesn't have yellow and purple hair in court? Who can take this whole thing seriously? Who hired this child who was supposed to be in charge of firearms? I mean!
Individual A: What makes you think they will look for a scapegoat?
Individual B: Tradition.
– The China Syndrome
doesn't matter where the gun is pointed its blanks, WHY WAS IT LOADED WITH ACTUAL LIVE ROUNDS!!! how is that not the main question, how is Alex waving a gun more questionable then there being real rounds ussed?? wtf
The armorer's job is to make sure that live rounds are never on a film set. That is why you hire an armorer.
Almost like Hollywood dingleberries dont know anything about firearms
Nobody should take a job as an EMT If they can’t take the emotional experience that goes along with it . many more EMTs experience much worse traumatic experiences than this, and they don’t sue ridiculous
There should never be live rounds on a film set. Period. The Armorer is ultimately responsible for everything gun related on set, so she is ultimately responsible. The testimony where she told the propmaster, before the Lifeflight helicopter was even on scene that her career was going to be ruined because of this tells you everything you need to know about this person. She was more worried about her career than the two people who had just been shot on a set that she was responsible for. She needs to spend a lot of years behind bars.
I hope this encourages Hollywood to improve the standard practices for safety on set. Moving forward, there should be multiple checkpoints to ensure that the actors are not handling weapons with live ammunition.
