What was the legal status of the attacker? Were Pelosi's house security cameras recording at the time or for monitoring only? Both Political parties shouldn't encourage any kind of violence against any branch of the government

So why aren't they releasing the police bodycam or security footage from the house?
So this is what I’m confused about… the DA says they are limiting the amount of information and evidence they release before trial as to not let the alleged suspect be tried in the court of public opinion. Ok, I get that… but… what is more likely to cause people to make opinions: hearing that the suspect admitted to all allegations by someone else, or watching body cam footage and security camera footage showing EXACTLY what happened? At this point, we’re being asked to take the word of these people as fact which leads us to pre-judge the suspect based on a confession none of us get to see or hear. But somehow, hearing the actual 911 call, seeing the actual body cam/surveillance footage, those things are going to cause the case to be tried in the court of public opinion… that makes no sense!
Secondly, you can’t complain about people spreading “misinformation” if we’re not being given the tools to see the actual information. You are giving us a story that leads to more questions than answers, and when we naturally try to fill in the blanks for ourselves to make it make sense, it’s labeled misinformation. Why don’t you show us the footage like every other case in America for transparency purposes and then people won’t have to come up with their own conclusions.
She states that Authorities had warned everybody to be high alert, especially around election times.
So, how come a drugged up Psycho can just roll up to the back door of the Speaker of the House's home and break in with absolute ease?

The misinformation coming from the SF DA is ridiculous. It is very obvious that both the DA and the media have an interest in presenting Paul Pelosi in the best light possible, so they have invented the idea that he is an innocent victim. Had the police intervened, this would have been handled as a trespass or burglary arrest. Since Paul was seriously injured in the scuffle, they had to concoct the outrageous conspiracy theory that he was going to kidnap Nancy Pelosi. If DePape doesn't "commit suicide" before the trial, he will be bought off by Paul and the charges drastically reduced. The most important thing for the Pelosis is their political power, and the DA and the SF police are on board to safeguard that power. Needless to say, the media supports the Democrat agenda.
