A group of moms and caregivers in San Fransisco believe they are being targeted after a series of car robberies. NBC News’ Valerie Castro has the details.

Most Texans would say this problem can be solved in a day by arming SF residents.
i am a proponent of 2A, but only for immobilizing non-lethal self defense weapons. all citizens need them, be properly trained in them, and deploy them in these cases. lock these hoodlums up.
