I didn’t like the raise I got so I went and found a better pay, hours, decent time off, better overtime pay job and put in my 2 weeks notice and gave them MY 100% for the first half of the day every day since I put in my 2 weeks now there supposably trying to work out a counter offer lol didn’t need a union boss for that

This whole market needs to be de-centralized. Theirs no reason why the whole NASDAQ goes down when Apple or Tesla drops off. Every fund manager should be sued to oblivion for false advertising their funds. These funds aren't "diversified" they're FAANG+ with some other stuff that doesn't matter. Too woke to fail stocks should be terminated and re-allocated.
Unions suck!!! Just another way to control the people. It's another form of government. The people who run it get wealthy and the people who work stay where they are. Mirrors the government doesn't it? You're better off on your own.

Public Sector unions are bankrupting and are now in full control of the state of CA. Everyone knows and Gov. Walker is correct the taxpayers are the losers. Firemen in CA make $150K +. Same of police and Teacher's particularly administrators. Prison Guard Union is the most powerful Union in the State. Who Knew? My Union sucks because I have paid my Union dues as a nurse for 26 years. They protected my wage but they took away my rights to work day shift. They hired agency nurses to work my day shift which I earned the right to work. Now the Hospital wants to get rid of the old nurses which is wrong.
