Large tech companies should only be responsible for ensuring that content creators can be identified where appropriate, particularly where a panelist has committed a criminal offense or crime. However, the main online services (quasi-monopolies) should not be granted any rights to arbitrarily and discriminatoryly exclude participants by their business policy. Supermarkets, restaurants, public transport and hotels also have to deal with unpleasant comments.
So let me get this straight. They can ban a sitting President form social media but it's okay to let terrorists use their platforms to spread terrorism? 🤔

Many companies, not just social media use these algorithms and frankly, it's the user who generally are the ones that show interests in the content they've searched for. This can be anything from fashion, food, sports and matters that are more graphic. And I agree with the court, what does a bunch of geriatric ex-lawyers know about the complexities of computer science.
