How Ironic that the Titanic claims another 5 victims. π
They should have done what other BORED Multi-Millionaires do… Buy red Ferraris and tacky ugly looking Rolex watches. Then maybe they would still be alive. π
Wonder how many more Whales and sea life will be destroyed by all the boats and ships looking for this sub π
If they lost all light they are all blind down there !!! ππ€§ππ€§ππ€§ππ€§ππ€§
Just leave the Titanic alone.
The submersible Titan was the largest carbon fiber pressure vessel for deep diving. Most other deep submersible pressure hull is made of metal. The carbon fiber reduced the overall weight and increased the internal volume allowing it to carry five people. Carbon fiber failure mode is cracking like an egg shell and splitting of the fibers; metal will deform, bend and crumple. To monitor for carbon fiber failure, the designers installed sound monitors to detect cracking sound and hopefully allowing the pilot of the submersible to surface.
So you're telling me everyone in the sub, billionaires and millionaires, decided to get into a small sub controlled with a PS4 controller and go to the bottom of the sea where they cant be pulled out?? Proof money can't buy common sense
Just a reminder how much we haven't explored.
the sad part is, its more like a mission to study their death bc if they arent on the surface they are dead
ππππππππ
I feel that if it was a boat full of refugees lost, I don't think they would have so much attention. Just because it's rich people? Or is it the #titanic or #submarine ? Making it so exciting to cover? They knew the risk, just saying. Seems exaggerated to grab on- air time..
There wasn't a way to equip this vessel with gps? With technology nowadays im sure there has to be some for of gps that would reach where they were going
Common sense dictates that if your submarine is controled by a Xbox joy stick, maybe you should not take the trip Even if its free π
I THINK THE COLD AT THIS POINT WOUJD ALSO HAVE BEEN EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO SURVIVE,
All the titantic footage is just eerie to me. This would be terrifying. Sadly, this could make for a film in the future
I want the yoyo seller of this company in my teamπ π π π π π
I would have liked for this to have been explained in detail, IF the submersible has lost all power, and is at the bottom, what would the crew have on board to to try and signal where they are. Specifically, what would have been on board inside the ship, that could be banged against the titanium part of the ship, to make enough noise, to be heard by the listening devices that S&R have deployed?
Also, IF the submersible has surfaced, would any cell phones the crew had be able to reach the outside world using Starlink?
So no trial runs? Experimental? π₯²
Their survival time is decreasing.
It's an unpredictable accident.
We will pray for their safe return.
If they find them they going to make a movie out of this
Hard to believe this company launched the uncertified piece of junk that a high school kid could have made better. No tracking device , No emergency beacons or sonar . Totally irresponsible and a complete joystick joke . Still hope and pray they recover them alive .
