  10. MARION KANSAS,

Do you remember when former Marion police officer Josh Bryant's son Jackson Bryant brought his father's service weapon to the Marion High School and was caught with the gun in school?? You sealed that up so tight that not a mention of it made the Wichita news, why because it was an officers son and gun?! Didn't want to rile the press about a cops son with a gun at school…. The District Attorney at the time your now District Chief Judge Susan Robson took no action against the father or the son for handling the weapon. Robson's own children were in the school when this happened. Yet she cared more about saving her political face and not filing charges, than her own children's safety. Then less than 2 years later in Nov 2013, Jackson Bryant shoots and kills a customer at a Wichita Quik-Trip while he was robbing the store. Now if DA Robson would have taken action on the Bryant's for the school incident, Would the shooting involving Jackson in Wichita have happened??? You could argue that Robsons in-action in pursuing charges against the minor, was a mitigating circumstance that led to the death of the 29 year old good Samaritan at Quik-Trip.

You could assume that if Jackson Bryant was charged and convicted of possessing a firearm on school property. Which would have taken a little bit of time to run its course through the juvenile court system or possibly he could have been charged as an adult. Then if he was jailed or detained for a amount of time because of the gun at school incident. That Jackson wouldn't have been able to be at the Wichita Quik-Trip in November 2013, where an innocent man tragically lost his life trying to help. Yet Robson as the acting District Attorney at the time. Made absolutely no move in charging Bryant. This is just another sad mark of Marion Kansas. And another peak at the evil Judge Susan Robson

  11. You can’t put the genie back in the bottle. The police have the information they wanted. Returning stuff doesn’t change that. These ones deserve the moniker pigs.

  12. The owner of the shop was 98 and died the next day from the stress of her newspaper being raided like that. Someone needs to go to jail for this

  13. The death of freedom will be a fat cop.

  14. There are rumors going around that this gang of thugs masquerading as cops, plus the drunken unqualified “magistrate” that issued the warrant, are being investigated by federal prosecutors. I hope any offer of a plea deal is flatly refused. They need to be imprisoned for a LONG time to serve as a stark warning to anyone else who might think they can abuse the law and violate the Constitution this way.

  15. Wow, I can't believe the police tried that in a small town

  16. Ha maybe the judge don't have to read the paper? Freedom OF the press.

  17. Tell the judge that paper owner had a SEIZURE and died. SEARCH and SEIZURE!!!!

  18. That’s ridiculous. They didn’t find anything so now they’re backtracking

  19. Seems rather third world in their actions. Land of the free indeed!

  20. This happens when you allow corrupt cops to control your cities and towns they will terrorize people they don’t like or agree with.👮‍♀️👮‍♀️🇺🇸🤔

  21. I like how the officer is picking his nose, with tats like Jelly Roll. Interesting. https://youtu.be/wGBzKj6hqWY?t=62

  22. Does withdrawing the search warrant turn back time??? You can't uncrack an egg; the damage is ALREADY done. This just makes the city look even more incompetent for allowing the warrant to be issued in the first place!!

  23. NAME THE JUDGE THAT ISSUED THE WARRANT!!!! NAME THE JUDGE, SHE HAS A DUI AS WELL!!! NAME THE JUDGE….if you don't name the judge, call out the judge publicly and legally….you are part of the problem

  24. I still don't know what was published that caused the search warrant.

  25. You already executed the warrant, it makes no difference now

  26. A little late on that withdrawal

  27. They withdrew the warrant after it was already executed 🤪
    Welcome to America

  28. Taxpayers are ultimately to blame. The buck stops with the taxpayers.

  29. There is Freedom of the Press, then there is Abuse of Freedom of the Press. You can write your story with FACTS, but you shouldn't be able to get your FACTS through ill gottin gains. Identity theft? Illegal seizure of her DUI record? Really?

  30. So now, the Confederates—oops, Conservatives are raiding news outlets? WHERE IS MERRICK GARLAND? Is merrick garland worth even the resources it takes to sustain him for 5 minutes?
