My report would to the SEC would be condenses to this sentence: Using China's unregulated burning of fossil fuels as a standard our carbon dioxide output is nil.
The SEC should be concentrating on all the corruption and manipulation and fraud within the market not climate control that’s the EPA’s job.

Larry keeps beating the drum about "Biden's war on fossil fuels", so I'll beat the drum of reason. In Biden's first year his admin approved more wells than Trump's admin in any of its first three years. Keystone XL flowing at capacity would be only around 0.08% of global supply and would do nothing to change the price of oil. American oil production has been rising, approaching the record, and is currently higher than at any time of American history before winter of 2018. So, Larry, what exactly constitutes this "war on fossil fuels"? I'm not seeing it in the numbers.
