I find it impossible to believe she would lie about the steering wheel and agent incident – that could be easily refuted by the agent. Le the agent testify under oath. Problem solved. This is why hearsay is often not allowed in court. I know this is not a court, but she should not have testified publically to what she was told about what allegedly happened in that motorcade. Even if she is telling the truth, and this is what she was told verbatim, which is all she testified to, should it be found that the information she was given was false, it will be used against her, even if her testimony was honest. She should have said something to the effect of "I was later told that there was some conflict regarding the destination, but it was from a second hand source, and I cannot varify it." The comity should have followed up on that lead with the second-hand source and gone from there.
