Twelve people were arrested during a chaotic scene at a Brooklyn, N.Y., synagogue after police discovered them sitting in a tunnel that had been secretly dug beneath the Chabad-Lubavitch world headquarters. It’s still unclear why the 12 Hasidic Jewish worshippers broke into the synagogue.
