  1. Should of kept their hands to them selves

  2. Shouldn't have gone behind the counter.

  3. We the people have conducted an internal review, and found no wrong doing on behalf of worker.

  4. The water got thrown after they came across the counter to fight. Of course this light skin girl will not mention that. Only the wrong order.

  5. Liberals who hates their work and customers who hates liberals who hates their work😂😂😂😂😂

  6. NBC covering for the aggressors as usual.

  7. Don't start none, Won't be none! I wonder who's famous for saying that?!!

  8. Self defense!! those customers don't have the right to attack employees!

  9. Biased asf, u lost all ur credibility instead of clearly stating what was going on, didn’t include any backstory or mentioned why those costumers were behind the counter.

  10. They refused to correct it. Other than the several times ? At least it wasn't hot coffee from McDonald's they were treated to.

  11. The door being locked behind the customers make this a premeditated assault 🥶🥶🥶

  12. For those saying they stepped behind the counter Where else were they going to go? they were locked in the store the male cook also brandished a fire arm in the original story. The kitchen escalated this way out of proportion at every turn. Again once they locked the door it was a hostage situation.

  13. As a customer you can't walk behind the counter if they do after complaining for a wrong order I bet didn't have a good attitude and if you feel treated well defend your self

  14. You forgot to mention they the customers went behind the counter just when the restaurant clearly was trying to close for the night. And that the customers refused to leave.

  15. Finally some street justice comes to fast food. Getting up in an employee's face jumping up and down like a chimp on tweek???? Got what you had coming to bad they didn't follow up and finish it. The world is changing so act right.

  16. They are not even busy. I hope they win. Some people think they are so entitled. Youvare their to make food whether busy or not. Not busy you get a break but you do not get nasty because you cannot make a order right.

  17. Although I never condone throwing hot liquid on anyone, they should have known it was coming if you step behind the counter. Employees are the only people that should step behind the counter – never the customer regardless of whether or not that customer is unhappy with service.

  18. They were sabotaged. Originally came in through the drive and complained three times. They were invited inside and locked in, and not allowed to leave but were taunted and laughed at. This was a set up. They tried to throw a 2nd bucket but the pair managed to open the locked door. What was the 2nd bucket of boiling water for? I've seen recent videos with workers threatening to throw hot water on people complaining in the drive thru. If you can't take the heat, don't work in the kitchen.

  19. They were behind counter and threatened her and workers she protected everyone

  20. Thats gross to do. They gonna win their lawsuit easy and have a real nice chunk of change.

  21. Yeah but what is totally missing for this entire conversation is those two girls threatened to shoot everybody in that store… Just shows you how these two particularly women are overreacting over $8.75 worth of food

  22. I worked at Taco Bell as my first job. I will assure you that water is boiling.

  23. they stepped behind the counter and then became trespassers

  24. Don't mess with people that handle your food.

  25. Looks like flour or something else not water

  26. Why does the place look closed? Something doesnt seem right with this story. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

  27. Well looking at this video it appears as though the "customers" were not even behind the counter but going into the work station where they had no business being. It looks like a clear case of self-defense to me. I don't have a license to practice law but I play the part anyway. Live long enough you learn a thing or two.

  28. The worker needs to be arrested. And definitely be fired😳😠

  29. Why were they behind the counter? May have been threatening the crew

  30. This is the problem we have in America today. The person who posted this knows very well because they have the full video that these two women attacked the Taco Bell workers and were throwing things at them and threatening them. But they chose to cut the video in a way that made it look like these two women were somehow victims of these crazy Taco Bell workers? Why would she do that? I’ll let you figure it out.
Why does no one have any integrity anymore.
They were actually after free meals. That’s what this was really about. They wanted a refund and their order

  31. Because they were about to go behind that counter and do what we've all seen them do before. Poke the bear in the cage, get a clawing.

  32. NBC why u lieing. That worker was defending herself from two lunatics. No one trusts news today and your another reason why.

  33. There's a 12yr old child in this video. The customers told them 3times in the drive thru they're order was wrong they came inside to see if they could get it right worker at the counter said she was going to punch them when the female went behind the counter that's when the manager then poured the boiling water on them.
That's what the police report stated and why they're suing bc the manager poured a second pitcher of hot water on them.
It's believed they were set up by the staff to come in the store lock the door and pour the boiling water on them. Sue everybody!!!!

  34. So they're allowed behind the counter huh?

  35. Video would've been just fine without the girl in frame.

  36. Wow you can see the racists coming out in droves in this comments section. 🙄

  37. There's more to this story obviously because they went behind the counter. I guarantee you they were not saying "please can you correct my order"

  38. Let me help you people to save time.
