While I think its extremely disrespectful to protest during or near a funeral, the thought of arresting someone for holding sign that says "Not my King" should be inexcusable in a democracy. Though it would be reasonable to remove them from the premise near the funeral or the parade, queue, and other related vital locations to this event.
