I live in Dayton Ohio we have a huge China FuoA glass plant that has brought about 1200 jobs to a closed GM truck and bus plant, if the plant is here making batteries with american workers than it probably is a good idea, if no other company going to step up. 700 million drop in the bucket when you look at the possiblity to train an untrained work force in how to build these things. If we decupple the plant is sitting in Pennsylvania, much better than Wuhan.
