Isn’t that exactly how property tax on people houses work? Almost every year the tax appraiser increases the value by reappraising the values on your house and you pay taxes on the unrealized gain. They tax us on the value our house accrues before it is actually sold and converted into cash.
Dems will do what they always do, they'll come up with some BS bull like school supply bill with gun control and this new tax as part of it, while they tell the public that its for the benefit of school and poor children.. . . .

Being of age and how to manage the sequence of returns in those early periods is what seems quite scary in the current market. The market is never a loser in the twenty year cycle, but the 2000s decade scenario scares me and could really disrupt my retirement.
