The US is better off now than December, 2020. 4,000 Americans are not dying every day from Coronavirus. Tens of thousands Americans are not on ventilators. Millions of Americans are not lining up at food banks. Medical professionals are not wearing trash bags as PPE. Republicans are whining about a little inconvenience. Even those inconveniences are the result of the failure of Capitalism. There is plenty of oil, but oil companies are making record profits, without increasing production. There are plenty of cattle and hogs, but billionaire owned meat processing plants are jacking up prices. They pay Farmers and Ranchers nothing, but charge consumers obscene prices. Abbott had to recall contaminated baby formula. Instead of buying new equipment, it bought back stocks. Other suppliers are looking for workers. Immigrants, legal or otherwise, are the biggest source of food processing workers. Quit whining about Biden. It is billionaires protected by the Grand Oligarchy Party, that is making your life hard.

When Rick Scott was governor of FL he, in all his wisdom, decided to drug test Floridians that were accepting federal welfare benefits. Sounds great on paper, right? Only problem, he used only one hospital chain for the tests… the hospital chain HE owns. The Florida court struck his plan down almost immediately as Unconstitutional. Is Rick Scott corrupt?
