Christ people, are you forgetting how much money it costs to not only find the bodies, but to recover them? Not only that, they don't even know how many they are looking for!
No rush because the accused is deceased. If it were true, there still would be victims. So, it would be important to make sure and do a thorough check. Also, they should be able to locate the well. Ground penetrating radar for one. Asking more people where it was located. Old county records of the property as well. I am sure there are other ways as well.

This is one of my cases also he confessed also to me at 7-Eleven in Baltimore Maryland and in Martinsburg West Virginia there was somebody connected to this case and I even got a confession in front of the White House in Washington DC

I wonder how old she was when this started, and why did it take her so long to come forward she's in her fifty's for God's sakes, she could have came forward a long time ago, I have no empathy for her. At this point, you don't go 30 years and do nothing about it, whether it is your father or not, or, whether he abused you or not, there's no excuse for it as soon as she was out of the house she could have told on him, but let's be real, she could have done this even when she was in the house, I have no compassion for her, I don't feel sorry for her, I mean, I guess it's good to clear her conscience, but she let this monster continue killing women, if this is true, so at some point she also became responsible for their deaths, she should have turned him in and saved lives, instead, she waits till he's dead, that's disgusting, I wish there was a way to charge her if this is true, because she should be in prison herself disgusting.
