Several people were killed and dozens more injured after a Russian missile struck a popular pizza restaurant in Kramatorsk, Ukraine, according to authorities. The restaurant, which lies only a few miles from the front line, was regularly used by journalists, aid workers and soldiers based in Kramatorsk.
